They are wonderful here! My granddaughter has terrible anxiety and they have been so patient and caring with her. For once going to the dentist is not a nightmare! Yes it took some time to get her into the office but we drive 1hr 15min to get her there.
Everything takes forever here. I understand that they're busy, but they are the only place in the entire state besides somewhere out on the coast that does pediatric root canals on certain teeth. My autistic son and and his father had a generally fine experience, until today. Father and son just waited 2 hours and right as dad left, they called ME to tell ME that he could come back in. This place is a absolute joke. My daughter has a rare genetic disorder and has been in pain for 9 months because of unc pediatric dentistry. They dont call you back, they dont follow up properly and now they are giving us the run around about my daughter not meeting protocol to do surgery on her mouth. Meanwhile, my daughters orthopedic, her dentist and another dental practice that we have reached out to all tell us that unc is the only place she can go to, to have this procedure done in a hospital setting. Dr. Jason Lin is fantastic. It’s hard to find a dentist that’s great with young toddlers, but he’s your guy! The entire team in this office is so caring and capable.
