I tried to schedule an appointment for a physical for my 4 year old. No complaints. Nothing wrong with her. They refused and made me make an "establish care" visit since she is new patient. On going to this visit, nothing is done, literally no point if no complaint. So I come, ask to do vaccines. They say can't do vaccines since it's not a preventative visit. Coming over from another state to North Carolina was a daring move for us. We had to get closer to available resources for our 2 kiddos with special needs. The entire staff was beyond helpful and amazing. The expertise and care they gave my daughter was absolutely outstanding. Not your regular first appt because we left knowing we had a solid plan in place and that the medical staff would be with us along the way. The management of this place tends to alternate between periods of order and disorder. Currently (in 2025), it is clearly in a state of extreme chaos. Many of the staff here are unfamiliar with their work, can barely speak English, and there is a large presence of interns. It is a very poor situation.
