Echoing previous comments, the company's representatives are extremely rude and their pricing is misleading (pay $400 up front for the "watch and set-up", yet you have to return the watch (at your own expense + no confirmation of receipt from UnaliWear) once it's no longer needed by your loved one. Note the curt responses by UnaliWear to previous Google reviews & beware!
Do NOT do business with this company! To second the review posted a few months ago by Brad W., I had EXACTLY the same experience. I informed them of my mother's passing. They acknowledged and sent me return instructions. I did so, then a few weeks later there appears a random charge on my mother's credit card for over $200. See the end for my criticisms there's much to recommend as well. I ordered two for my folks, one of whom is fairly technophobic, and they worked well for quite some time. They're light and comfortable, and work with wifi or cellular -- Verizon service is included. A real human checks in as if by phone after a fall, a button press, or a voice command --- and false alarms are easy to dismiss. Do not buy this watch!!! Beware of this company!!! We had to send the Watch back three times for replacements and the batteries. Also this watch has many issues we paid around $900 for the year and always had problems with it constantly.. I returned the watch before the year is up so they didn't renew me. I wish I had read the reviews of UnaliWear before buying it, i would not of done so. I ordered the watch on 2/16/24 and then had to call customer service because the watch was not working as advertised. I was told that either 1 port battery or two were not performing correctly, causing the watch to run down (internal battery).
