As a builder in Washington state, I have watched the great family owned/run lumber supply businesses die.some due to the housing bubble collapse some due to competition from the box stores.These box stores give nothing back to the community.They actually believe they are doing you a FAVOR taking your money and do not understand customer loyalty.God bless the few, the proud,the family-run businesses
