Was supposed to get infusions. Didn't get them. Now suffering with very sore spots on my abdoman. Referals haven't worked. No follow through.
Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience Avoid Dr. James Hoyne if you can. While he initially came across as friendly, his demeanor changed abruptly during the appointment becoming dismissive, inattentive, and rushing us out well before my elderly in-laws scheduled time was up. Ravin Weeks is incredible. This morning I took my son to urgent care. He saw Dr. Cook, he was absolutely horrible. First thing out of his mouth was so you have schizophrenia! I was so shocked, that was the worse thing any doctor can say to a patient, especially one he has not see before or worked with.
I arrived at about 635pm. Two other women came in as well (one in front the other behind me). The woman up front was eventually told they're at capacity and don't take new clients after 630pm. As the woman behind me said, "If they don't take clients after 630pm they should say they close at 630pm." So now you know.
I never have long wait!! Very professional and kind..to me best urgent care in roseburg oregon!!
