If you see Dr. Mendelson, run. He berates his patients AS A PSYCHIATRIST, cuts them off mid-sentence to disagree with them and tell them that their diagnoses (from previous and qualified therapists) are invalid without listening to their story, and made it apparent that he believes only soldiers can have PTSD. Also, he made it clear that it was a waste of time if he thought he wouldn't be getting paid. A waste of time to help someone. Shameful.
Call and cancel a appointment on a pregnant person it took over a week to get and when called back to make a new appointment it was the answering service and they cussed and yelled at me cause i wanted to make a new appointment
They need more help! The hold time on the phone to get to speak with anyone is unacceptable. Have had the run around, been disconnected and the list goes on. Time to find a new health provider!!
Finding a new Dr. They don't call you back when they say they will. The providers never stay so keeping the same Dr is impossible. If they order MRI'S or CT scans they don't even look at them until you call them a week later and get told they haven't had time to look at it them. If you get a percription they don't call it in for days until you call them about it. Basically you got to call them every step of the way to remind them to do there job. Don't even waste your time and money going here!
Have been going here for like a year never same doctor ..they cant keep them there... I missed 2 appointments now I cant make an appointment I have to sit all day and hope they get me in .. so I've been trying to get different doc and they will not let me it's so crazy
