I was shocked to see some of these low ratings. I obviously can not speak to other peoples experiences. But, I have worked with Umpqua (and the other names/versions of this Bank) for nearly 25 years (La Mesa). I have always received GREAT service from this branch. Hopefully you have the same awesome experience!
I have had my business accounts with Wells and Chase for a few years and decided to look into Umpqua because one of my customers in the northwest bank with them and raved about it. I could not be more satisfied with my decision to switch my business from Wells to Umpqua. I love that they have the resources of a large bank, but if I need something, or need a question answered, I know I’m getting either Joey, Katie, Bella, or Jeremy on the phone and they’ll help me. I would not recommend this bank! Very unprofessional and rude!!!! Branch manager sits in his office and once in a while comes out. If you have to bank think twice . They are not for the community or customers just titles to belittle customers. Great job! Jeremy
These people are Rude and treat customers like trash! I have been a customer for many many years and in the San Rafael branch are the nicest people ever! I don't like how the El Camino branch treated my Daughter Jeremy was the Manager! Just because you carry a Title, doesn't mean you can treat someone that way. I'm shocked!!! I have always referred Umpqua to everyone! Now it makes me wonder if I should.
