I have been a customer for over 15 years and always encountered great customer services with umpqua but lately Pasco drive thru’s wait time is over 10mins and there is no acknowledgement/greeting that someone will be right with you. It’s to the point that you start wondering if they even know you are waiting.

Bank manager is rude and argumentative! I have never been treated so poorly in my life! The employees at the windows and counters are a delivery and friendly! Definately need to find a new bank manager that has a clue as to what good customer service is!!!
Their security department, ip address tracing tech team is terrible. My wife opened a new bank account and gave no data to anyone and still was a victim of Fraud when her ssi check got deposited. The United States fdic is a joke.....
