This place is amazing! They are a small clinic doing their best to see the vast amount of patients that require special needs care. There aren't many options for special needs patients who need dental care and SHNC is really doing everything they can, even when drowning in referrals, phone calls, and requests. They saw my son as a new patient and we're so happy we found them.
NOBODY ever answers the phone and when messages are left on their voicemail they don’t even bother to return the calls! I have now left 10 plus messages and have not received any calls back. We received a referral to come to this clinic 2 months ago and I still have NOT heard from them to get anything scheduled. Meanwhile I have a 15 year old experiencing severe dental pain and I don’t know what else I can do to help her. Thanks for NOTHING, I guess!
They removed all my teeth so that I can hopefully get a heart transplant in time. Awesome surgery team!!
