Hello everyone every time I come this I have to sit in the waiting room for over 5-7 hours and every time I come they take so long to call me back and when you go to the back they make even much longer then you were outside the waiting room no hospital should be like this you should go in and be seen and go back out it’s so annoying and ridiculous

I would like to Thank the PACU Staff Anesthesiologist, the Nursing Staff and the Receptionist for having patience, understanding and compassion by taking time to explain the process that was needed to make my surgery a success and decrease my anxiety. The staff was willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and made me feel important, especially the PACU staff. Thanks Again!!
I would not recommend this hospital, even to my worst enemy. From the moment I arrived, the level of care I received was extremely disappointing. I experienced poor treatment, a lack of respect, and significant communication issues throughout my visit. When I requested to speak with the charge nurse, no one came. My spouse also called the hospital and asked to speak with the charge nurse but was reportedly hung up on.
