I like this hospital more than most in Baltimore, and definitely more than most of the UMMC locations. My problem is that it's not very wheelchair accessible. In most of the bathrooms I went into, there was a wipe bin that was blocking my access to transfer to the toilet. There was frequently changing tables left down, and very small handicap toilets. Some of the elevators are a very tight squeeze, and the ramp in the main entrance is very steep for a wheelchair user. I like it here, but I wish I could get around it easier. ... read more

Hello everyone every time I come this I have to sit in the waiting room for over 5-7 hours and every time I come they take so long to call me back and when you go to the back they make even much longer then you were outside the waiting room no hospital should be like this you should go in and be seen and go back out it’s so annoying and ridiculous

My dad needed surgery. The people here are amazing and kind. They were empathetic and attentive too. ☀️☺️💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I would like to Thank the PACU Staff Anesthesiologist, the Nursing Staff and the Receptionist for having patience, understanding and compassion by taking time to explain the process that was needed to make my surgery a success and decrease my anxiety. The staff was willing to go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and made me feel important, especially the PACU staff. Thanks Again!!
