He's the only one who didn't dismiss me and treat me terribly after I've been a victim and a drunk and high driver and police misconduct here in WV. Manny is also amazing. It's truly been a very hard time dealing with everything alone. It's also been very traumatizing to my family.
Exceptional experience from start to finish. Ryan Umina was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. Everything was explained clearly, questions were answered promptly, and we always felt like we were in capable hands. What really stood out was the personal attention and compassion. He is a straight up man! He works with your financial situation! He is real!
Called requesting representation for a civil matter and gave a description of the situation to the secretary; was told that both lawyers were out for vacation that week. Didn't hear anything. Started calling back ~3 weeks later and no one ever answered the phone. 1 month after the initial call, I called & left a voicemail requesting an update. Have not heard anything to this day.
Fantastic guy, great lawyer, and very helpful!
