My ultrasound was ordered as STAT. They did a good job of scheduling the appointment, but the results took 3 weeks to come back. Completely unacceptable! Then they wanted me to schedule the necessary biopsy with them to determine if what was seen was cancer. No Way!! Why would I do that and then probably wait another 3 weeks for those results!? Thankfully I was able to get in with another, more reputable center. I don't ever want to come back to UMI.

I scheduled an MRI a MONTH in advance and it comes around to the date. I called THEM to ask how long the appointment was and then they told me that my appointment has been canceled and they “reached out” to tell me, yet there are no text messages, missed calls, voicemails, or anything of the sort. They even sent a text CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT, and then they cancel it without notification. I come in asking if they can do X-ray before lunch at 11:55, if not I can come back after lunch. No, they said can do in 30 minutes. 10 minutes later everyone goes out to lunch while I'm starving for lunch myself. This place has the rudest and worst staff I've ever had the pleasure to know of Avoid this place at all costs.

I asked if there was time to do X-ray before lunch. They said yeah. 30 minutes. 10 minutes later the whole staff goes out to lunch while I'm starving. 1 hour later then they can see us. Could've had lunch same time they did before we came out. That was an direct insult by the staff at this place. Strongly recommend other places. Do not go here.
