If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. UMIH has better locations- Century City is amazing, total opposite experience than what you will receive at Huntington Beach. My father had a fasting MRI scheduled here, which the staff called and rescheduled THREE times prior to his appointment delaying his care more and more each time. Their Google listing says they close at 5:30 pm on Fridays, and their own door says 7:00 pm. I fought traffic to get there by 5:29 pm, only to find the place already locked up. An employee appeared at the door but wouldn’t even approach, as if I were some would-be burglar instead of a paying customer arriving during their posted hours. Through the glass, she informed me they’d closed at 5:00 pm today. No emergency, no reason—just “we decided to close early.” I asked if I could at least pick up the CD I’d come for. I arrived only to find out that my Insurance did not pay for the required scan but was led to believe it did. My imaging was for 8:45 AM. I sat for over an hour then questioned the staff why since all 20 people in the room were seen first. The manager guided me though the door leading to the MRI. I was seated about 15 feet from the tech and nurse. I noticed and heard the nurse verbally abusing the prior patient who looked very ill. I am very impressed with how aesthetically pleasing this location is. Very clean. The staff are very professional and receptive to patient care needs. They are very organized there. Maggie helped me out. She is wonderful and knowledgeable. My tech, Al was also amazing! He is very patient and professional. Thank you UMI of Huntington Beach! :)

My husband went in for x rays and an ultrasound. Appointment started exactly on time. Entire staff was incredibly friendly and professional.
