I am writing to share our heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care my daughter received at UMG Urgent Care Columbia facility between end of August and October 2025. After my daughter suffered an accident overseas that led to an infected wound and sepsis, we were left in a difficult position when our primary pediatrician refused to perform the necessary daily cleaning and dressing changes. This was my first experience with UMG. Had a small wound on my hand that needed stiches. Late in the evening on Saturday. We had no wait, and the person taking care of me was excellent. The facility is new and very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Very professional staff. Good customer/patient care service. Highly recomendent !
