First impressions are everything! Come for the appointment and the first initial waiting area is the size of a shoe box. Three chairs and a small receptionist area. We didn't have a place to sit so we had to stand outside of the office. When I walked up to the lady who got people checked in, her customer service was horrible. She didn't have a smile on her face, looked at me like I had 3 heads and was also having a side conversation on her phone while waiting to be called. Dr Umezurike and her staff were extremely pleasant and personable and able to tell me what's going on without beating around the bush. I sincerely appreciate finding her practice!
This was my first time going to Dr. U, however, I know it's not gonna be my last. She made the procedure very delightful and pleasant. I've never had foot work done until today and I'm looking forward to having all my foot care under Dr. U care.
