I had such a great experience here! Kayla did an amazing job on my nails and was so sweet, patient, and attentive throughout the appointment. Gin at the front desk was also incredibly kind and welcoming which made the whole experience even better. The salon has such a cozy, relaxing vibe that makes me feel very comfortable!! This is definitely my new favorite salon and I can’t wait to come back!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today and the inconsistency I've experienced as a returning customer. I arrived early for my scheduled appointment, checked in, and was seated. The nail technician assigned to me chose to service a walk-in customer who arrived after my appointment time while I waited 10–15 minutes without any communication. Ask for Hai-D! She does an exceptional job and takes pride in caring for your needs. Seven years having her do my mani/pedi and she exceeds all my expectations!
