DO NOT GO! TL; DR: on my visit, I was told to take the same meds I was taking before seeing the doctor, which didn’t work after over a week. I went in again for better treatment and was told to pay my copay again to see the doctor. I never got the strep throat result they did on me. This place is a joke. I went in for sore throat and coughing, and before going in, I was already taking ibuprofen. Saw Dr. Monk, very friendly and competent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even followed up to see how I was doing. Highly recommend
Completely mislead me about being in network. Hit me with a 260 dollar bill for putting four staples in my head. Just another unscrupulous medical provider.
This is a neglectful clinic that should be shut down by the city. Never in my life have I seen such poor care administered from an incompetent staff and the worst Doctor. Wasn't able to catch his name but he was wearing sweats, no lab coat, was incredibly dismissive of my husband's symptoms. My husband came in with heart related symptoms and they refused to give him aspirin immediately which is ridiculous.
