Worst experience of my life. And then to have the patient advocate take 6 weeks to get back to me about my complaints (multiple) only to lie about what occurred. TO ME—as if I wasn’t there. UNACCEPTABLE
If I could give this no star I would, but to only share the experience I've had in this hospital. I liked the nurses they had been kind to me though they stay so busy. I had back trauma and I needed help with my pain and they've treated me like I was not even human. I dont want to ever come to this hospital again. I trusted this hospital because they are supposed to help and not throw judgment if I wanted that I'd seek God. The African-American female security officer with the horrible buzzcut is highly disrespectful!!!
I would love to that the mercy crew for taking such great care of the mother Thursday Night. Our nurse was Lane. Know as stay in my lane. the team saw awesome from the start. Unfortunately I don’t have the names of all that where involved In her care this I know for sure all of them where very professional and care.
