I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Patrick Ko, MD and the UMD team for their excellent service. I recently injured and dislocated my right leg and hip joint, where I wasn’t able to stand nor walk without a crutch. I went to this urgent care and was received with the utmost care and empathy. Horrible evil people. Showed up at 7:30pm on Saturday with both eyes closed shut and was refused because their closing time is at 8pm. All I needed was antibiotic eyedrops for pink eye it would have taken a second to give me the prescription but the doctor refused to see me. It hasn’t been my first time last time I was forced to go to get a Covid diagnosis and the staff has consistently been rude and unhelpful. Front desk registrar people are rude & unprofessional. They don't know how to greet and treat the patients when they come in for treatment. Teach them how to provide good customer service to walk-in patients..! As for the medical treatment, the whole process was quick and efficient.
Very kindly and very friendly place . My wife and i was very satisfied with their service . Thank you.
