I rushed my baby in for high fever. I was taken in by nurse Virginia she was slurring and mumbling her words. She seemed under the influence. With my newborns symptoms I was prompted to get to the hospital for better care. As I was being discharged & putting my Google maps in, nurse Virginia threatened me twice that if I didn’t go she would call CPS & that she would check in a hour if I was there. EVERYONE here from the receptionists, to the technicians, to the doctors are all very kind, caring and professional. Amazing, wonderful people and great service.

I love coming to this quick care. No matter what time I go it’s fast and a great experience even when I feel the worst I ever have. Nikia on the Fort Apache location is the best registration lady I have ever met and she is very great at her job. She makes small talk helps you with the paperwork and explains everything to you. She understood all my converses and helped me through the process smoothly. UMC is lucky to have such a great employee
