Great service.
So frustrated with them. They cost a fortune and act rude. They keep telling me sent in an order for a diabetic pen when they sent in an order for the needles that go on the tip. They even called the pharmacy and they said I picked it up. I can clearly see my history. There was never any pen ordered. Don't go here.
Had a severe skin allergy emergency yesterday, got me in quickly, allergy shot, better in minutes. Anytime we have come here, even during Covid, top notch care. Everyone here is kind, and caring that we have experienced, consistent over the years. We highly recommend!
lady on the phone was extremely rude. they should be trained to give people the time of day considering they’re getting paid to do so.
If I could give 10 stars, or I would. When I arrived, NIKA was so friendly and accommodating, and when I was waiting to be seen, I observed her interacting with others in the MOST professional and helpful way. She is awesome!!! I was seen by Dr. P. Hansen and he was wonderful (he always has been!!!). Thank you for making a “painful” visit to QuickCare such a nice experience. Kudos to everyone!!!!!!!!
