They tested me for covid and uti. None of the symptoms I described. Sent me home. Come to find out, I was severely dehydrated. They didn't listen to me at all

Shay, the lady that helped me check in is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She’s so kind and understanding and she made me feel heard. I was so afraid of coming and being judged but she understood and let me know everything and helped me so much. The nurses and doctors here are also really kind and helpful! Shoutout Shay for being the best:)
UMC Quick Care on 9320 W. Sahara Ave is a great option for your health care needs. Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful to take care of your needs! Denise at the front desk is also very friendly and professional. Dr. David Winn is very knowledgeable and has a great understanding about how to treat people!
