Grateful for emergency care , for my swollen finger. The doctor used scalpel to cut infected nail, and it immediately healed, I never even needed 2 weeks of prescribed antibiotics. Happy with staff. Very nice MD, with a great sense of humor ( sadly, I do not remember the name of African- American doctor, but he was wonderful.
Usually this place is great DEPENDING on what DR is there, however today Dr.Debbie was present and I have an auto immune issue where I get flare ups of being sick randomly, I explained this to her 3 times, I came in with a severely sore throat sometimes I lose my voice, she did a swab it was negative however I’ve had negatives before and was still very sick from inflammation alone which other providers give me antibiotics for and it works like a charm. I developed an auto immune disease due to all the times I went to quick care because of an infection & yall wrote it off as “seasonal allergies” & refused to prescribe me antibiotics. Now I’m not even going to live to 30, thanks a lot. Edit: Calling the patient experience center will not resolve the issue. You do not understand at all.
