Every time we go there it seems like they never want to listen. The nurses are always sweet and kind. The doctors are always a rude and disrespectful. I think me and my family will stop going this quick care and go somewhere else.
My sister and I recently went to this quick care clinic with our kids after getting into a car accident. We had minor injuries, but we were still in pain and needed help. Unfortunately, the experience felt cold and dismissive. My sister was the one who ended up crying because the doctor kept questioning her aggressively about why she didn’t come in sooner. Me, my sister, and the kids went to this quick care. And it seemed like the doctors would not want to listen to our medical issues. We recently got into a car accident with minor injuries. The dotors are literally questioning me until I cried on why I didn't come in sooner. I couldn't be more satisfied, Dr. Kane is incredible and very kind ,and the girls at the front desk are super nice
So I was here to take a medical exam for a job and I was assigned an older Asain lady and she was very rude. She had no manners and I told her I wasn’t comfortable with doing certain things because my foot hurt from an injury I had the day before and she told me too bad and that I should have contacted HR to tell them that (wow).
