So first of all the nurse and front desk staff who first assisted me were actually really nice. I had shortness of breath, back pain, tingling, weakness, movement problem and other neurological problems. PA Kirk Robinson was so unprofessional and rude instead of giving a good bedside manner he was aggressive and it was the first time a medical provider CURSED at me.. I didn’t even do anything wrong.. Took my 86 year old mom to Quick Care as she had fallen & had a bad scrape on her shin. The staff was so accomodating (Noti is my mom). Dr. Kirk had a great bedside manner! The empathy from staff was off the charts! We checked in with Doreen & Adrianna they were amazing Herbert assisted at the desk as well. Jam & Joy were the nurses. Thank you to everyone
Jamella and Marianne were both amazing! Needed some antibiotics, they checked me out and had me out of there quick and efficiently. Super friendly peeps!
June He works inside the office and when I ask for a doctor note he is very rude to reply me. I think he hate his job. Or he is over qualified. Long wait more than 1 hour just two patients in front of us. And more wait after seeing the doctor.
