I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. In 50 years this is the absolute worst Dr I've ever been to. First appointment waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. No apologies for wait, spent a total of 45 SECONDS with me. 2nd appointment was a zoom call. She left me there another 2 hours, never showed up. I called the office. On hold another 30 minutes. No one came. Called back they were closed. Last and final attempt third visit before I switch primary. Was on time for my appointment. No other patients waiting. The staff always provides wonderful service and support for my needs
I am filing a lawsuit against this place there are lairs unprofessional they will play in your face and on your time. I will be going to the courts to find out the steps I need to take and will also have a consultation with an Attorney tomorrow. Danielle the office supervisor likes to play games and does dirt to cover up the bad behavior of the staff. Dr Augustin is the worst Dr I’ve ever seen. This was my first visit, and I gave access to all my medical records to make it easier for him to see I’ve been treated for hypertension and severe airborne allergies since the beginning of the year. Not only did he seem like he had no idea what he was talking about, but he acted like I didn’t have the conditions I am being treated for, even though my blood panels and EKG and BP history were in my medical records which he did not even look at, but proceeded to act like I didn’t nee... read more
I went to take my father for geriatric care. Dr Agustin is extremely patient thorough and very knowledgeable. The staff was welcoming from Monica R at the registration desk to the nurse to the doctor to discharge. You can tell this office really cares about their patients. I have been here two times and have had no problems with referrals. I have been to other Umc offices before Nellis, Aliante, and Centennial... All I can say is ... This was by far The most organized... We were in and out ... I highly recommend!!!
