5 stars for the team at Sunset PC. from the check-in to the nurse Carloyn and Dr Cordero. Love that the doctor shows kindness and compassion. She went over my labs and gave me advice on how to lower my levels. Love how she talks to you.
This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a healthcare facility. The front desk staff were courteous and patient, which I appreciated. However, once my mother and I were called back, a male nurse took us to the examination room and immediately said, “We’re going to have to call an ambulance.” There was no introduction or attempt to ease the situation. Visited this location and the MAs at the reception area was so nice , caring, and professional when I asked about careers and Externship.
5 stars for the team at Sunset PC. from the check-in to the nurse Iris and Dr Cordero. They listened to see and what i needed. I left with a game plan on what the next steps will be. Fully recommend this office
I recently started using inc primary care first appointment with my primary which I had taken off work for was canceled so they rescheduled to today 11/12/24 I get there check in 15 minutes before 10am to see Terence Lou d Agustin MD. I’m no stranger to waiting on Dre. But never in my life have I had a dr start my appointment not just an hr after scheduled but he had the audacity to stop my appointment to go back to a previous appointment that he just ended to start mine.
