Their receptionist needs to learn about compassion, their staff needs to realize that people are people and to not dismiss a sick two year old child because his mother was SIX MINUTES late to his appointment. Sometimes life gets in the way and through no fault of that person they’re running a little late. A two year old child was turned away over 6 minutes, come on!! That’s just wrong!!

tonya Robinson is by far the best! shes so kind and caring! she takes care of my daughter and also my grandmother! I appreciate her always being so helpful and caring! we've seen dr. king and Emily as well and they are awesome too! thanks for being so helpful and caring for our family. sure do miss leah at the front desk. she was amazing and always so helpful as well!
Everyone from reception to the nurses to the Drs were all courteous and empathetic. Felt very comfortable and made me feel better in care. Same each time I’ve been.
Staff are very friendly, courteous and value/respect your time! Great Customer Service. They will assist and attend to your needs immediately. Everyone had a pretty SMILE in their faces. Beautiful and clean facility!!
I did the wait from home and was in and out within 25 minutes. Everyone was super nice and explained everything they were doing before they did it. They felt like family. This was the best clinic experience I have ever had. Thank you!!
Thank you Dr. Tanya Robinson for cheering up my grumpy 4 year olds day! You hid behind the curtain with him while I pretended that I didn't know where he was. Then you pretended to be surprised and laughed with my son when I found you both. It took only 1 extra minute of your time and you exhibited kindness in what it means to be a medical professional with true heart. <3 From my last visit, Dr. Purdy was very kind and doesn't make you feel out of place. Very welcoming.
Dr Purdy is by far the most level headed, patient sensitive Dr I have ever used. I would highly recommend him and his staff.
