Steve responded promptly to my enquiry, returned a quote within a short while and arranged delivery and installation for the next week. He turned up on time, took care of the assembly and patiently showed me how each part of the umbrella worked. Complete professional service at its best - and as an absolute bonus the umbrella is magnificent, does the job perfectly. Worth every cent. I would happily recommend.
I had a 'Shadowspec Retreat' umbrella installed in mid-October. Professionally installed with clear instructions and follow up. Very sturdy and easy to put up and down. Strongly recommend Steve and his work.
