I ordered pizza tonight at 6:51 PM and was told it would take an hour. After about an hour and 20 minutes I started calling to see where it was. I was told it was going to be at my home straight away. I called several more times over the next hour and and was told each time the driver was headed to my house. Three hours after I ordered the driver showed up with cold yucky looking pizza and bread sticks. They offered me an $8.00 discount on a 28.00 order. I have only been here once. However, the pizza was ok. They give you A LOT of toppings and pile it high!!! That is a good thing. However, the inside was only lukewarm due to all of the toppings. I would have rather had a medium amount of toppings and the pizza cooked throughout (I had already left or I would have brought this to their attention). I am skiddish about eating anything to me served at that temperature that is supposed to be hot due to food bourne illnesses which can easily happen. You also want to call ahead eve... read more

The store on 21st is awesome. The food is fresh, the flavors wonderful and the selection of topppings unbeatable. The individual slice ($2 for 1 topping) are huge. They are always friendly and courteous. I have been having lunch there at least weekly for almost a year now and have yet to be dissapointed. Anytime I have family in town I get Umberto's to go and they always love it.
