No no no no and NO! Self-service restaurant in Massapequa Park. Nothing like eating a $20 pasta meal with a plastic fork. Service is zero stars. Umberto’s use to be our favorite, now we will never return to any of their restaurants. It’s a shame because the food is 5 stars.
The absolute worst help. Have yet to have a simple order correct. I bet the pizza I asked for probably tastes great. I would know. Haven’t had that chance yet.
