If you care about your health or your families health do not go to Dr. Umberto Garcia. My father had a slow growing tumor in his head that the chief of neurosurgery in Phoenix said he only saw in third world countries. My father went from walking around with some discomfort to barely shuffling with a walker in about 6 months and all he told my father was to exercise more. My father would stand up and just fall because he hardly had feeling in his legs. Dr. Garcia needs to stop practicing.
