You guys are Amazing! I've been with the Cherry Creek branch of UMB for way more years than I can remember. I lived near this branch when I started with UMB. My kids were little, I worked multiple shifts as a nurse; days, evenings, nights, even long 3 day weekend, -12 hour shifts!, as my kids got older & I needed more time for they're activities. Someone is making electronic withdrawals from my account in India and not only did UMB not catch it but they can’t stop it until business hours tomorrow. Joke of a bank, zero security, extremely unprofessional phone customer service. If someone accesses your account fraudulently after hours they have free reign of your account until the next business day. If they do it on a Saturday night they have days! Worst bank ever.
