I recently opened accounts for my daughter and myself. I used to be a Chase Bank customer (15 years) The staff there was super friendly and helpful. Pang set up the accounts and even remembers our names every time we come in. Recently I had to set up an additional account and Blanca helped me out, we were missing some info and she drove over to my work after she got off work (on her own time) to retrieve the required documents she needed to get me set up as my work hours do not allow mw time to get there myself.
