Great company, rates and mission, but they don't want to allow their members to link their accounts with "Mint dot com", which unfortunately is how so many people including myself manage to keep track of multiple financial accounts and transactions. Bummer because I found this out after I opened up a CC. Looks like I will be closing the card to find another credit union.

The UMass 5 College Credit Union is a great place to do your all of your banking. I have been a member for over 20 years. Started when I was in school in Amherst and have continued to do my banking by mail since I moved to Eastern Mass. They have very competitive rates and I have always been impressed by how easy it is to work with them. They respond quickly and pleasantly to all inquiries, whether by phone or email. I use them for checking, savings, car and personal loans. They are terrific!
