Dr Erica Bailey and the ultrasound techs are way too good to work here given the timeliness and mannerisms of the rest of the staff. This office is severely understaffed and they know it and instead of adjusting the way they schedule to fix the problem they continue to milk being understaffed as being the reason why they can’t get you in for pregnancy appointments as recommended and the reason why they’re running over an hour behind. awesome place to be! Felt super taken care of per Dr. Eric’s Bailey and her assistant (Shea I believe). Had a couple of complications with my IUD insertion and they checked on me all the time. Appreciate all the attention, I’m grateful I found a doctor so good like Dr. Bailey!
Wonderful care regardless of your financial status as Medicaid is actually excepted and MyChart is used as ALL honest practices should be using to help unbreak our "broken systems".
I waited 3 months for an appointment and when I arrived today for my appointment I was informed that it was canceled. Nobody called me.
