Not much customer service when needed even during the 2am emergency Fire alarm. " oh you can stay in your rooms if you would like to". Not very knowledgable about the area and restaurAnts and trolley or bus schedules to Boston. Room was clean and housekeeping staff were nice and willing to help. The breakfast was bagels , muffins, coffee, juice, milk. Not how we were described at all. The free breakfast should be Sunday to Sunday. Parking is limited. Loved the walking distance within town. It has decent sized rooms. They were clean. We basically were only there to sleep. It served its purpose.
It's in a perfect spot,we have stayed twice . Just make sure your not in the student side as it can be noisy. Bar is quite small and basic. But we didn't mind as we were out most evenings and just had a night cap before bed.
