Recently took my Rav4 Hybrid in for the 30K service, essentially an oil change and rotate the tires, with the obligatory inspections. Soon after dropping the car off, I got an email from them saying there were three items that needed "Immediate attention". One was cabin air filter replacement - OK. The next was a full brake service. Seemed suspicious, was having no brake issues at all - declined. The third was rotate/balance all tires and do an alignment.
