Jeff made the process simple and answered every question I had. No pressure from Jeff, just helpful information and a seamless process. Plus I got a very nice deal on an awesome vehicle. Giovanni was great to work with when I purchased my 2020 Toyota RAV4. He made the whole process easy, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything before I left.
