I have used Umac previously and used them again as of recently I’ve sent 2 boxes to my sister May 2025 and she received it first week of August 2025. 10weeks + 2 Days to Manila. Estimated weeks from UMac (10-14 weeks). Never had a problem with scheduling and pick up from Umac has always been positive and on-time. Recent news with ‘BOC’ my boxes were opened and inspected (no missing items) part of Philippine customs. Overall I will continue with using Umac and has been a great experience so far. We've been with Forex for more than 20 years but last year we had a bad experience from a UMAC guy from Newmarket. His name is Alex who kept my 2 boxes in his possessions for 3 wks for no reason. However, our problem were addressed immediately by UMAC employee her name was Aloha who did an amazing job assisting us to put through my boxes although it was late for Christmas.
