I had a great visit with Dr Uma Erard. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt like my health was her top priority. Highly recommend!
My reception room waiting time was less than 5 minutes. I was seen immediately by the nurse. Dr Erard came in within just a couple of minutes after the nurse was finished. Everyone was friendly. All of my questions were answered. I was told exactly what I needed to know about my ankle, and what could be done for it. I am very satisfied with my visit.
Excellent facility! I was greeted immediately upon entering, directed to the sign in kiosk, offered assistance, and directed to the appropriate waiting area. I was seen early and provided with excellent care from Dr. Erard and her team.
Dr. Erard did an incredible job on my badly broken ankle. I am 6 weeks post op and just got cleared to fully weight bear. So thankful for her amazing surgical skills! Thank you Dr.Erard!
Dr. Erard did an amazing job at fixing my fractured foot. It is doing so well. I just had my 8-week post surgery appointment. She is so pleased with my results as am I. I would highly recommend her.
