The lady at the help desk was awesome. Helped me get checked in and everything. Extremely kind people that are so helpful. No one wants to be in a doctors appt, but if you have to, this is the place to go. The orthopedic doc was very knowledgeable and loved her attitude and advice to start out with non invasive things to try first rather than diving into surgery, though I'm sure she would be very excellent at it. Her helpers were very kind too.
Dr. Erard is simply wonderful, because she is focused on your concerns, comes into the room well prepared, listens and discusses your questions, and offers options and what is the best path forward. She is pleasant, intelligent and skillful. I appreciate her time and follow up process. Thank you Dr. Erard for a helpful and productive visit with you today.
dr Uma has the absolute warmest bedside manner and listens to her patients. She’s very knowledgable in her field. She is prolly one of the BEST doctors I’ve seen so far within Corewell health. She is extremely personable and kind. I’d recommend her a million times again. She does what’s best for her patients overall care
The whole experience I’ve had through their care was more than great… she knows what she’s doing and I’ve had no pain at all so far as of 8 days after surgery. I would recommend her to anyone in need of her services. Staples were taken out today and now another 5 weeks with no standing and should be good to go..🤗
Everyone is courteous, friendly, and professional! When I call with questions for billing or nursing my calls are picked up in a timely manner and the information provided readily. I highly recommend this practice!
