I wish I had looked at the reviews before I scheduled with this horrible place. The staff is very inefficient and unprofessional. Their email signature states "compassion and empathy" but they are the exact opposite of those words. A prisoner or an animal locked in a cage would be treated better than their human patients. They do not know how to give people the dignity and respect they deserve. They will bring you in for an initial consultation. Following your consultation they will submit a request to your insurance company. If your insurance company says "yes" then you will hear from them. If your insurance company has questions they will simply abandon you and move on to the next, more profitable, patient. They never respond to inquiries concerning test results. Very difficult to contact them
Savannah was absolutely great getting me scheduled and did so in a timely manner! She went above and beyond with accommodating my needs and actually listened! They need more like her!
Saved myself the nightmare of a sleep study with this unprofessional outfit. Madison calls me early Thanksgiving morning, along with an email that says "Just reaching out after 2 failed attempts to schedule". Calling on a holiday you're off on, is not a failed attempt, it's down right common.
