I went into this practice with a friend who was attempting to get medical records for her little brother who had been treated there when the practice treated pediatric patients too. As seems typical with the women who work at the front desk, we were told that the practice did not treat pediatric patients and were treated in a cold, almost aggressive manner by these staff. My primary sent in a referral for my to see a cardiologist given symptoms I’ve been experiencing over the past 2 years. I was able to get an appointment here with Dr. Lindsay, which was schedule out almost 2 months in advance. The day of my appointment they called me to say my appointment is being canceled because the provided determined by looking at my chart that I don’t need their services. This doctor does stuff for the hospital then never sends you a bill. You all of a sudden get a collection notice. When you look into it you find out they didn’t even bill both insurance companies or send anything to you! Idiots!!!
