No one called after I was referred here and when I reached out I was hung up on. Ridiculous!
First of all, I was referred by my orthopedist. I scheduled the appointment for several weeks out because I work for a public school system and wanted to wait until summer vacation as I’ve never had cortisone shots and didn’t know how I’d react. I was expecting to receive the shots at that time. No, they were referring me elsewhere?! Dr. Willis didn’t listen to a word I said. I don't understand why no one answers the phone. Knowing there is a nationwide shortage on meds and that some pharmacies may not have it. Why do I have to call every month for my refill, and don't get a response. Unacceptable!!!!
