This is the most unprofessional place I’ve had to deal with. UMBHC (which is also a 1 star facility) sent me here for an appointment at 9am for my BROKEN ankle. We had a snowstorm the prior day, so it’s understandable that they weren’t answering the phone that day. Here we are today, mostly everything is back to business… and these people still aren’t answering the phones, and have neglected to even inform me if I’ll be seen.
