Their billing department doesn’t know what they are doing and will double charge you on purpose. I surprisingly received a bill for 280$ called my insurance they said this should been covered 100% due to it’s just a physical required by them. I had a hard time reaching their billing department, and when I pointed this out she was like “oh yeah”. I would rather go to a homeless shelters doctor than here again.
The receptionist at this location is unfortunately incompetent, do not choose this practice for your PCP, as it will be a nightmare.
The staff are so nice! The PCMs are as well and take time with you, not rushing through the apt. Very much appreciate everyone’s professionalism.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr Momeni for at least 25 years plus. He is the best. Everyone in the office as well.
I drove an half an hour to get help and was told i cant be seen because i was a min late from the grace period. Exactly 1 min. Thank you for understanding i have an disabled child i have to pick up from school first. Smh thanks for helping Dr. Barns
