Staff is friendly, but…in September I paid for a one month tanning package “cash”(I used my debit card). I was adamant and clear when I told them I did NOT want an auto-pay membership. They set up my account as auto-pay anyway, unbeknownst to me and withdrew 76.00 from my account on October 1st. I contacted corporate. Corporate’s response was “well, you saved money and you can tan until the 31st”. Be very careful if you decide to tan there. Definitely don’t pay with a card
The STAFF ARE AMAZING, everyone is so nice, and helpful with knowledgeable information on the different lotions and the beds! Place is extremely clean, and has a good variety of different bed options. They also have two great options of sunless "spray tan" booths. Package prices are competitively priced, wide selection of lotions, which they are usually running some sort of sale on. I would and do recommend Ultratan to anyone who loves to tan indoors!!!

Very sweet staff and always helpful. And their jobs may look a little bit glamorous, but those girls work their behinds off because they have to always be in compliance with DHEC regulations, and they make surprise appearances.

I just wanted to let y'all know how much I appreciate you towing my gf's car this am. I'm sure you were slammed on a Wednesday morning and needed all the space you could get. And way to warn us with the faded sign to the far left of the building. So basically, thanks for supporting drunk driving by making everyone too afraid to leave their cars and get a cab!
