I’m new to the area, and everyone at Palm Beach Tan in Simpsonville has been absolutely amazing! Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. They answered all my questions with patience and made me feel completely at ease. The salon is always spotless and well-maintained, which makes the experience even better. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and want you to have the best experience. I’m so glad I found this place!

Awesome place to tan!! Account set up was a breeze and the beds are top quality!! I highly recommend this tanning salon!

I just want to say that Kate at this locaction is an absolute pleasure to interact with. She makes me want to visit this location. I’ve been coming to palm beach since it arrived in the area. Kate is by far one of the friendliest employees I’ve encountered. Management should take note and reward her. She makes you guys look good and hopefully she’ll stick around! ✨

I never do this, but today really really bothered me. I came in today around 5PM at the Palm beach location in Simpsonville SC and was told there was a line for the open sun. Normally this would be completely normal and fine. When I was told there was a “line” for this bed I was the only one in the lobby. No one was sitting down. I put my membership on hold for the summer because I had spent a lot of time in the natural sun at the beach, etc. I reactivated my membership, paid the partial membership to reactivate and was advised that I would also be charged my normal membership fee. I didn’t have a problem with either of those fees until I was only allowed 5 minutes in the bed to restart. I understand that there may be regulations that they have to adhere to, but 5 minutes?
