I’m new to the area, and everyone at Palm Beach Tan in Simpsonville has been absolutely amazing! Every staff member I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. They answered all my questions with patience and made me feel completely at ease. The salon is always spotless and well-maintained, which makes the experience even better. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and want you to have the best experience. I’m so glad I found this place!

I just want to say that Kate at this locaction is an absolute pleasure to interact with. She makes me want to visit this location. I’ve been coming to palm beach since it arrived in the area. Kate is by far one of the friendliest employees I’ve encountered. Management should take note and reward her. She makes you guys look good and hopefully she’ll stick around! ✨

I never do this, but today really really bothered me. I came in today around 5PM at the Palm beach location in Simpsonville SC and was told there was a line for the open sun. Normally this would be completely normal and fine. When I was told there was a “line” for this bed I was the only one in the lobby. No one was sitting down.
