I had a very frustrating and upsetting experience at this ultrasound clinic in Lethbridge. From the beginning, the technician seemed unsure of what she was doing. At no point during either of my visits did she attempt to reposition the baby to get a better view — something other clinics (like the one I later visited in Calgary) did right away with ease. We LOVED our experience at 3D Ultrasound Preview. Rhonda was very personable, informative, and professional. The ultrasound room is comfortable and clean, and set up for both the mom and support person to see clearly. We got many great views of our baby at 32 weeks, and the 3D view was awesome! Even with the cord semi obstructing the view, Rhonda managed to take several very cute shots at the perfect moments to make a lasting keepsake of our baby. It was such a special experience. We got lots of photos and found out the gender. Super glad we booked it and excited to go back for our 3d :)
It was an incredible experience and well worth it, great bedside manner, very knowledgeable and got exactly as we wanted.
