I have been using their product for quite some time but their battery only last's for 12 to 18 months max. I am near retirement so I wont buy another brand that is very expensive, so i will keep this one. My recommendation is stay away from Ultralight Optics its really junky compared to the other brands out there.
Don’t buy from this company. Cheap quality. The light sensor touch is not working properly. Turn off most the time by itself when I was working. I bought in dental conference exposition in Montreal 2023. And they NEVER told that there is a 20% restocking fee to return. They gave me 60 days of trial but didn’t mention about fees. They charged me already 50$ USD for shipping. To ship back it is my responsible and on my own cost. Very cheap company that they won’t offer free shipping. It is not worth it to buy.

Great product - bought their face shields for use in my lab and can't complain. I've used the shields for about 3 months now and have had zero issues. Called customer service to reorder and couldn't be happier - 5 stars!
Bad Product. Purchased 3 light units with two of the batteries and Light cord attachments failing. Batteries that failed in 4 months needed to be replaced with extra charge. Just recent only 1.5 years later 2 of the light cords have failed, and informed that there are more charges. There customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!
I received the Face Shield Pack I ordered. It is too foggy to see out of! I talked with customer service and they said I need to peel back the film on either side of the plastic. This is impossible. I have tried numerous times. EXTREMELY disappointed with this company and no returns on PPP equipment of course. This is a SCAM. Last time I buy off of an ad on Facebook.
I have no choice but to give 1 start. I ordered from this company and it took them 2 months to ship the product. I started to work almost a month before and I was force to order the same product from another company. I called Ultralight Optics asking how to return and I was told that I can't return the product because it is considerate a PPE. Terrible customer service. Very pricey. I got the same product for less than half of their product.
Real easy to use, bright, battery life is very long!
