Very friendly and knowledgable. My gutter problem had several possible causes. Randy took the time to explain the alternatives and devise a plan which would find a solution by doing the job in steps, starting with the least expensive. If that didn't work he guaranteed to apply the inital money spent towards the next step, which was 6" gutters. I was mentally prepared to buy 6" gutters from the start, so he saved me a couple hundred dollars by cleaning and resloping my existing 5" gutters. I highly recommend his services.
