Installers did not follow my directions for entering the backyard area and in effect, they crossed into my neighbor's lawn the entire time they were going back & forth with their supplies.

Hello, again we're very sorry for the inconvenience. As mentioned before, some pieces of gutter are very long and require quite a bit of room to get to the back of the house. We try to avoid entering neighbor's property at all costs but whenever required, we always communicate with the property owner to get permission. make sure they cover all seams and get the gutters to drain so they don't over flow with water that should go out the gutters.
