After these clowns maintained my lawn for over a year, it started to die. If that's not bad enough, the fungus infestation that was decimating my lawn, was untreated by Ultragreen even though I was paying them for fungicide treatments. As the icing on the cake, once 70-80% of my lawn had died and turned to bare soil, they applied enough pre-emergent to inhibit any seed from growing for 12 months. Worst service and unprofessional management I have ever dealt with in my life. We hired them to do lawn treatment and the first time they came out I witnessed the technician spray one strip of the backyard and then leave. When we contacted the company to cancel we talked to some sort of “manager” and he was just awful. While on the phone he was mimicking and belittling everything we were saying and almost laughing it off. Pretty much saying we were lying. These guys are great! Exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Due to my error, the UltraGreen team showed up on a day that I could not have them do an aeration service. Without any pushback or frustration, they accommodated my request to come back at a later time, despite it likely making their schedule more difficult. I will continue to use this company due to their exceptional customer service. Thank you, UltraGreen team!

Switched over to UltraGreen after 5 seasons with another company. And I'm happy that I did. I see my tech Austin during each visit. Austin is thorough and explains what he's doing and always makes sure to ask if I have any issues. I'm half way through season one and I like what I see in my lawn. Should've moved over to UItraGreen sooner!!
