I had a very disappointing experience today. I called ahead and was told that I could come in for a hair appointment. However, when I arrived about 30 minutes later, I was refused service and told that the stylist was working alone and couldn't take me. I understand that unexpected situations happen, but I wish I had been informed before making the trip. It was frustrating to waste my time after being told the appointment was available. Better communication and consideration for clients would go a long way.
Showed them the photo of longer hair and asked to keep it a little longer. This is what I got. $30 to not get what I asked for.
Dissapointing. The person cutting the hair seemed like she was in a major hurry. Didn't ask specifics of how I wanted it.
Service was quick she did exactly what I asked and hair was left feeling great !
