Went in for a haircut for my dad — pretty standard military cut and it was completely crooked in the back. We went in to get him a correction, they cleaned it up a bit but it is still very noticeably crooked. Asked for a refund, they apparently don’t deal with them and gave us a number that was less than helpful with that.
Do not recommend! Apparently they stop taking walkins 30 minutes before closing even though there was not a single person in and they were waiting for their last client to “finally show up” If an establishment isn’t closed until a certain time why do they get to just turn paying customers away while one stylist sits on her phone while in the salon chair. Not very professional and they have lost my business
STAFF ARE WONDERFUL TOWARDS CUSTOMERS. LADY I HAD TO CUT MY HAIR DID A GREAT JOB. I RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE GO TO THIS PLACE FOR A WONDERFUL HAIRCUT. CHEERS.
